The Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce is proud to present its annual Business Expo, Business Fest 2011 on October 6th at the Hot Springs Convention Center in exhibit halls C & D from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. In just a few days shy of a month, this event will kick off and we hope that you will either jump in and reserve a booth space (still a few spots open until September 23rd) or that you will mark your calendar and make plans to attend.
Business Fest is a one day showcase of area businesses that attracts an average of 1,000 attendees each year. Expo is an opportunity for Chamber members to build strong business-to-business relationships while showing off their products and meeting potential clients and customers. It also offers members and all other attendees a chance to learn about various organizations and employment.
This year’s show has some new additions! The Business Bistro will be open in the center of the expo hall where attendees and exhibitors can mix, mingle, meet with customers, future customers, and best of all….snack on fabulous samples from participating restaurants and catering companies.
Also so new to the Expo this year, “Meet Your Chamber Staff”. During the Expo, The Chamber staff will be available to meet with you on any subject matter…unless you want financial or relationship advice and we probably should steer away from that! On a serious note…if you would like to meet with any staff member during Business Fest 2011, we will have a booth set up where we can visit one on one about how you can be involved in The Chamber, local issues, networking opportunities, billing questions, advertising opportunities, Leads Program, CAPS insurance program, Try It Local program, Relocation Guide/relocation program, referrals – you name it and we can talk about it.
Business Fest is open to all chamber members from 8:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. and will be open to the entire business community and general public from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Admission is free.
The Chamber will be accepting booth registrations for exhibitors until September 23, 2011.
