Wanna have a great time, listen to some great music – all for a great cause?

The Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce is excited to continue partnership with
the upcoming Legends Balloons Rally event hosted by the Hot Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau at the Hot Springs Airport.  The Chamber is in charge with running the
beverage sales for the event.  All proceeds from this partnership will go to The Chamber to fund the programs and events that serve our members.

This partnership requires a group of energetic volunteers in order to make it successful and we would love for you to be one of those volunteers.  If you or anyone in your company would like to help The Chamber by volunteering your time in the beverage tent or I.D. tent, please contact Jackie Arrison Jackie@hotspringschamber.com or call (501) 321-1700.

You will receive a free t-shirt for your time and service so if you e-mail the time you wish to volunteer, please also include your t-shirt size.  

Below you will find the schedule of the beverage tent as well as the I.D. tent and
how many volunteers we need in each time slot.  Thank you in advance for the help and service this requires.  Just another example of how we are Greater. Together.™!

Friday September 23 – Concert performance The Charlie Daniels Band
4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.              10 – beer tent                           6 – ID table
7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.            3 – beer tent                            1 – ID table

Saturday September 24 – Concert performance Three Dog Night
12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.            2 – beer tent (I.D. will be checked at the beer tent)
2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.              2 – beer tent (I.D. will be checked at the beer tent)
4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.              8 – beer tent                            6 – ID table
7:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.                     6 – beer tent                            1 – ID table
